Scotland’s biggest ever football show gets even bigger and better!

Following a huge response in support of the Total Football Show we are delighted to announce that the Scotland show will be even bigger and better than before!

Following overwhelming support and positive feedback from grass roots Scottish clubs, schools, colleges, the Scottish FA and the PFA in Scotland, we have now been presented with an opportunity to create a bigger and better show for Scottish football in July.

We have had so much interest from clubs and individual teams who want to be involved in the show tournaments, but the original March dates meant that many clubs, teams and individuals who wanted to participate could not do so as the event clashed with games that could not be changed because of SYFA regulations.

After consulting with the Scottish FA, PFA, Toryglen, Scottish Women’s Football and the Scottish Youth FA, we came to the decision that it is in the best interests of everyone, the clubs, the Scottish public, our exhibitors and Scottish football in general, that we move the show back to July 7 and 8 to accommodate everyone’s needs and expectations.

The Scottish public, as well as our exhibitors, will now benefit from an even bigger and better show, with more visitors, more clubs involved, more entertainment, more benefits for everyone and a more effective way of achieving our goal – to unite and support Scottish football.

We now have official support from the SFA – the first time they have given their backing to an independent event like this.

And Stuart Lovell, head of player liaison at the PFA in Scotland, is giving the show his full support and helping us by recruiting players to attend the show.

In addition a major Scottish newspaper group want to stage a celebrity football match at the show for charity with the likes of comedian Kevin Bridges involved.

The Total Football Show is working closely with Show Racism The Red Card, and will now also be able to offer more workshops, seminars and coaching than ever before alongside the expo, tournaments and skills and coaching areas.

We can now accommodate even more spectators in the Hampden Park car park as they have made available the newly refurbished car park opposite Toryglen.

This all represents a significant leap forward in providing you with a bigger and better Total Football Show – and for you to be a part of a major event that will be supporting the future of Scottish football.
